Every child should like to come to us and feel comfortable. All of our educators make every effort to adjust to individual situations on a daily basis. In order that the children can build up trust in us educators and feel comfortable, a positive and trusting relationship between the parents and our institution is essential. All employees are therefore contact persons for the parents. The educators are always open to questions from parents about their child.

It is up to us to support the child's development and to nurture the roots of each child entrusted to us so that they grow into responsible personalities. We want to respect and consider the child in its entire personality, with all its characteristics, wishes and needs. Children need joy, love, security and clear rules.

Children need freedom...            ...but not licentiousness.
Children need closeness...         ...but not aloofness.
Children need rest and time...    ...but not a ticking clock.
Children need love...                   ...but not pampering.
Children need exercise...            ...but not restlessness.
Children need boundaries...       ...but not exclusion.
