Our team currently consists of 13 early childhood educators, one childcare worker, and one educational assistant. In addition, a volunteer participating in the Federal Volunteer Year (FSJ) supports our educational team.
Together, our team creates a welcoming environment where your children can easily feel secure enough to develop freely. Our team is committed to providing individualized and loving care for the children. All staff members contribute their own skills, ideas, and whole hearts to this effort and are the driving force behind our center.
The family-like atmosphere sets our daycare center apart.
Regular participation in professional development and continuing education events helps our staff gain new theoretical and practical knowledge, integrate it with their existing expertise, and apply it effectively.
Educators in each group meet weekly to discuss program content. We hold weekly team meetings with all educators to address organizational and educational issues. Experiences are shared, and problems are discussed.
Interns are warmly welcomed at our daycare center. We offer students from various types of schools the opportunity to explore career paths and receive guidance. We support and guide students from vocational schools for social pedagogy throughout their training.
