CHILDREN'S CARE CENTER

About us

The independent educational mission of the day care centre is to give the children the opportunity to experience themselves in their individuality. Through independent and joint learning, they are to receive a wide range of opportunities to build and develop their personalities.

  • Play is the most important way for the child to come to terms with its environment.
  • Play enables the child to develop initiative and thus practice independence.
  • In play, children make agreements, understand rules, argue with each other and thus develop their social, motor and language skills.
  • Children of different cultures can exchange ideas and experiences with each other through play.
  • In play, children develop a physical understanding, e.g. of gravity.
  • In play, children develop a mathematical understanding, e.g. of quantity.
  • For play, children need time and material and a familiar environment.

The educational mission of the day care centre gives children the opportunity to expand their performance, educational, learning and action skills. The curiosity and interest of the children are the main focus. We attach great importance to project-oriented activity. According to the age of the children, each group designs its own projects, which are based on specific occasions.

In all groups, the focus is on research, discovery and experimentation. We want to arouse excitement in the children every day. This is why we are particularly proud of our title "House of Little Explorers", which we were awarded in October 2011 and successfully defended in July 2015.
