It is important to us to help children and support them in getting a picture of themselves and others in this world and to experience and explore world events. Through the targeted offers, children learn to understand their environment, to deal with unknown things, not to give up in case of failure and to find courage. We want to strengthen personal interests and satisfy individual needs. Children should feel safe in the facility, gain confidence, play and take action with fun and joy, research and explore. The rights of children are also taken into account in the individual organisation of the daily routine. This includes, for example

• - To participate in and help shape everyday life as well as partake in celebrations and parties,
• - Free play time with self chosen partners,
• - According to the age, development, behaviour, reliability of the child and after consultation with the educator, play alone in the rooms or the playground
• - Retreating into the snuggle cornerw,
• - Visit siblings within the day care centre,
• - Offers can be freely chosen,
• - Live out feelings: being happy, sad, angry and being able to talk about them with a trusted person,
• - Live out the urge to move, cuddle, observe, play, hide,
• - To satisfy the thirst for knowledge and to devote oneself undisturbed to self-education,
• - Fulfilling orders according to their abilities, e.g. bringing dishes into the kitchen.
